By purchasing either membership, you agree to all terms in this Agreement.

1. Membership Access

Membership access is granted only while your subscription is active and payments remain current.

Evolution54 LLC may modify, suspend, or discontinue either membership or any portion of its content, community features, or platform access at any time without notice.

2. Recurring Billing & Customer Responsibility

Both memberships are month-to-month, auto-renewing subscriptions.

By purchasing, you agree:

- Your subscription renews automatically every month until YOU cancel

- You are solely responsible for canceling your membership before renewal

- You must keep your payment method current

- Evolution54 LLC is not responsible for failed payments, expired cards, or forgotten subscriptions

- No refunds will be issued for any reason.

- All cancellations must be completed on the platform where membership was purchased.

3. No Refund or Return Policy

All payments are:

— FINAL

— NON-REFUNDABLE

— NON-TRANSFERABLE

— NO EXCEPTIONS

No refunds, credits, or prorations will be issued, regardless of:

- Usage

- Lack of participation

- Technical issues outside Evolution54 LLC’s control

- Payment failures

- Forgetting to cancel

- Changes in business or platform operations

4. Duration of Access

Access to both memberships continues only while your subscription remains active.

Evolution54 LLC may discontinue any program, platform, or offering at any time.

5. Limitation of Liability (Membership)

- Evolution54 LLC is not responsible for:

- Platform outages (Skool, Discord, Stripe, TikTok, Zoom, etc.)

- Loss of access caused by third-party providers

- Service interruptions

- Changes to platform features or availability

6. Social Media Disclaimer & No Guarantees

Evolution54 LLC is not responsible for:

- TikTok account bans, takedowns, violations, or suspensions

- TikTok Shop issues or limitations

- Changes in algorithms or platform policies

- No guarantees are made regarding:

- Income

- Performance

- Sales

- Followers

- Results of any kind

Success varies by individual effort, skill, consistency, and platform factors.

7. Content Usage Consent & Marketing Rights (NEW SECTION)

By participating in Evolution Creator, Evolution Pro, or any Evolution54 LLC program, you grant Evolution54 LLC permission to use any content you voluntarily share within our platforms or community.

This includes, but is not limited to:

- Skool posts

- Discord messages

- Comments

- Wins and testimonials

- Screenshots

- Video submissions

- Zoom call recordings (audio, video, and chat)

- Messages or content shared in any program or community space

- Any user-generated content shared with the team

You grant Evolution54 LLC a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to:

- Use

- Reproduce

- Publish

- Display

- Distribute

- Edit

- Share

- Promote

8. Acknowledgment of Terms

By purchasing and participating, you acknowledge:

- Access is provided “as is”

- Terms may be updated at any time

- Continued use constitutes acceptance

- You must review Terms periodically

- You must schedule them

- Cancellations must be 48+ hours in advance

- No-shows or late cancellations forfeit the session
